This machine creates the corrugated board by bonding fluted paper with linerboards. The NC Cutter ensures precise cutting to the required sizes, providing the base material for all packaging solutions, from corrugated boxes to rigid packaging.
Lamify Ultra (Flute Laminator)
The Lamify Ultra applies adhesive to laminate different layers of fluted paper and linerboard. This step strengthens the corrugated board, ensuring durability and sturdiness for a variety of packaging needs.
Eterna ECut (Die Cutting with Stripper)
Die Cutting machine cuts the sheets into the required product shapes, while the stripper removes excess material, leaving clean, accurate blanks ready for assembly. These blanks are next sent to the Folder Gluer
Eterna Efold (Folder Gluer)
Eterna Efold Folder Gluer, which folds the die-cut pieces into their final box or carton shapes and applies adhesive to form securely glued structures.
